Introduction
If you remember having tinned spaghetti hoops with sausages when you were a child and haven’t had them since, you are in for a treat. This recipe for homemade baked beans with sausages – packed with herbs, peppers and chorizo – can disguise itself under the name of a smoky sausage casserole, but it’s still unmistakably nostalgic children’s food, and all the better for it.
