spring onions, thinly sliced
plain flour
ground cumin
ground coriander
smoked paprika
sea salt flakes
fresh red chilli, finely chopped
natural yogurt
free-range egg, beaten
limes, zest and juice
For the roasted tomatoes:
cherry tomatoes, on the vine
olive oil
sea salt flakes
