The best prawn recipes for summer

by Katie Russell

published on 28 April 2023

There is something about prawns that makes them perfect for summer. It might be the fact they’re so light, or because they go so well in pasta salads (which, let’s be honest, is what we crave most when the weather gets warmer). Whatever the reason, prawn dishes are crowd-pleasers, whether for a big family barbecue or a quick midweek dinner. So, we’ve rounded up the following easy-to-follow recipes from some of our favourite authors, including Rick Stein, Mary Berry, Jamie Oliver and more.

Tandoori Prawns

Tandoori Prawns
