Salted Lassi
Introduction
I always order salted lassi at Indian restaurants – a much better partner for food than sweet – and it helps to have alongside particularly spicy food, as I have pretty much zero chilli tolerance. It’s perfect for hot weather too – well worth making double and stashing it in the fridge for a refreshing drink throughout the day.
