Introduction
The tin pictured didn’t last very long once the picture had been shot: everyone kept diving in to fish out bits of honey-drizzled parsnip and blue cheese. A very moreish warm salad.
Ingredients
bread rolls (ciabatta, sourdough, bagels), roughly torn | |
parsnips, peeled and cut into 1cm half-moons | |
olive oil | |
garlic, crushed | |
fresh rosemary | |
sea salt | |
watercress | |
radishes, thinly sliced | |
blue cheese e.g. stilton | |
runny honey | |
For the dressing: | |
red wine vinegar | |
extra virgin olive oil | |
sea salt | |
black pepper |
