cauliflower, plus its leaves
cardamom pods, seeds only
coriander seeds
melted butter
sea salt flakes
chilli flakes
olive oil
For the marinated feta:
feta, cut into small pieces
extra virgin olive oil
lemon, juice only
pieces of lemon peel
chilli flakes
coriander seeds, crushed
fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
