Who is the author: Julius Roberts is a first-generation farmer and professionally trained chef. He was the star of A Taste of the Country: Dorset on Channel 5, which followed Julius’ first year on his farm in South West England. He has amassed hundreds of thousands of followers on TikTok and Instagram, where he shares vignettes from the farm and enticing recipes made with the fruits of his labour.
