Who’s the author? Meliz Berg is a self-taught cook, recipe developer and food content creator. Inspired by her Turkish-Cypriot heritage and London upbringing, she created the blog and Instagram page @MelizCooks, loved for its easy-to-follow recipes and delicious combinations of flavours and spices. Her hugely successful first book, Meliz’s Kitchen, was published in 2022 and she has made regular appearances on This Morning.
