Who’s the author? Dame Mary Berry has been teaching the nation how to cook and bake for decades with her failsafe recipes, cooking tips, and indispensable wisdom. A Cordon Bleu-trained cook, Mary has published over 70 cookbooks since her debut in 1966, presented countless episodes of TV cookery series, and from 2010 to 2016 starred as a judge on The Great British Bake Off alongside Paul Hollywood.

Mary’s bestselling cookbooks include Love to Cook, My Kitchen Table: 100 Cakes and BakesMary Berry’s Baking Bible and Mary Berry’s Simple Comforts. Her accomplishments have been recognised through numerous awards and honours, notably the Guild of Food Writers Lifetime Achievement Award in 2009 and a CBE in 2012.

What’s it about? Coinciding with the year of Mary’s 90th birthday, Mary 90 is a celebration of the joy of home cooking and an illustrious career spanning some six decades, with 90 new and classic recipes to mark the occasion.
