Could this alcohol-free version of everybody’s favourite Caribbean cocktail be even better than the original? Unpopular opinion, but maybe it is: because with this one, everybody gets to experience the life-changing combination of mint, sugar, lime and soda on a hot day.
Ingredients
45ml lime juice
6 whole mint leaves
30ml simple syrup
Ice cubes
Soda water
1 sprig mint
Method

Add the lime juice, mint leaves and simple syrup to a highball glass, then fill with ice.

Top up with soda water and garnish with a sprig of mint.
