long red peppers, halved lenthways and deseeded
jar of artichokes, roughly chopped
feta cheese, crumbled
pine nuts
freshly ground black pepper
fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
lemon, zest and juice
breadcrumbs
olive oil
To serve:
focaccia or good bread
crunchy green salad
