Tenderstem broccoli spears, blanched
olive oil, for brushing
blood oranges or ordinary oranges, peeled and sliced
blue cheese, crumbled
toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
For the dressing:
extra virgin olive oil
lemon, juice only
honey
sea salt flakes
