Cardamom, Yogurt and Pistachio Ice Cream
This ice cream is a variation on a lockdown recipe that I made for my dad, who requested cardamom ice cream when I wanted to make some sugar-free versions for him. The addition of the ground pistachios gives this a wonderful, kulfi-like flavour, and I love that it’s just a few easily available ingredients. It’s now a staple when we have friends or family round.
