Ruby Tandoh was just 20 when she entered Great British Bake Off in 2013, a Philosophy and Art History student travelling home to study between episodes. The enigmatic young cook quickly impressed with her creative approach to ingredients, her baking dishes often signified by unique flavour combinations. After becoming one of the top three finalists that year, Ruby became one of the UK's most exciting new names in baking.
Ruby has since been a columnist for The Guardian as well as British ELLE, and has published three food books, including two cookbooks, Crumb and Flavour and her most recent bestseller Eat Up!. Ruby tweets @rubytandoh.
