Who’s the author? Scottish PE teacher turned qualified nutrition coach Fraser Reynolds became a hit on social media when he started sharing short recipe videos online, and now has over 1.5 million followers across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. His simple, high-protein recipes have been featured in the Daily Mail and the Sun and helped thousands people achieve their health and weight-loss goals while still eating the food they love. Fraser also recently collaborated with the supermarket Aldi to mark International Fitness Day.

What’s it about? Fraser is on a mission to prove that being on a diet doesn’t have to be bland, boring or restrictive. Whatever your health goals – whether that’s losing fat, gaining muscle, or keeping track of your macro intakes – this book is packed with recipes for delicious food that the whole family will enjoy. We all know that protein is a key part of any healthy diet, but science tells us that following a high-protein diet has plenty of additional benefits, from reducing appetite and improving sleep, to helping to burn calories and increase muscle mass. With this in mind, Fraser has come up with 100 fuss-free, high-protein recipes, all under 600 calories per portion. As well as calorie counts, the recipes include nutritional information and barcodes so you can scan your meals straight into your food tracking app. With chapters on air fryer and slow cooker meals, brunch, quick bites, family favourites, fakeaways, and meal prep, Tasty High Protein will help you transform your diet.

Recipes we love: Dauphinoise Chicken Pie, Crispy Chilli Beef, Crusted Salmon Burger, and Hearty Veggie Chilli.

Perfect for: fans and followers of Fraser Reynolds who are hungry for more nutritious versions of the meals they love. This will also appeal to fans of Joe Wicks, Scott Baptie, and The Fitness Chef.
