Ingredients

50g / 2oz cooked beetroot, peeled and diced
70g / 3oz strawberries, chopped
50ml / 2fl oz apple juice

Essential kit

You will need: a stick blender and 6 small lolly moulds.

Method

Put all the ingredients into a jug. Blend using a stick blender until smooth.

Pour into 6 small lolly moulds and freeze for 6 hours.
