fine green beans, topped and tailed
cauliflower, cut into small florets
vegetable oil
ginger, grated
mustard seeds
ground turmeric
chilli powder
curry leaves
sea salt
lemon, juice only
To serve:
basmati rice
coconut yogurt
unsalted peanuts
