Who’s the author? Niki Webster is an award-winning blogger, plant-based chef, food consultant, stylist and photographer. Back in 2015, when veganism was still a relatively small niche, she launched Rebel Recipes, a highly successful blog that showcases how fresh, wholesome, plant-based ingredients can be combined to create food with delicious flavours, amazing textures and vibrant colours.
