Max La Manna began cooking at 15, starting out in his dad’s fast-casual restaurants before working late nights in kitchens across New York City and LA. Now, Max is a chef, presenter and author turned social media sensation with over 1.2 million followers across his social media accounts. His recipe content and food shows have been seen by over 1 billion people. He has made it his life’s mission to help people rethink their food consumption, make the most of the food they’re buying, and breathe new life into leftovers that are typically destined for the bin.
Max’s recipes have been featured far and wide, including in publications such as Vice, Vogue, The Sunday Times, BuzzFeed and The Guardian, and on BBC Earth. An award-winning author, Max’s debut cookbook was named Most Sustainable Cookbook in 2020 at the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards. He is set to release his second cookbook, You Can Cook This!, in Spring 2023.
