This high-protein berry smoothie is packed with 39 grams of the good stuff and can be customised with different ingredients to make your perfect smoothie.

Introduction

You cannot beat a smoothie for something quick in the morning. Goes without saying that this is a great choice for making the night before, if you’re going to be up and at it bright and early. This is a big favourite on social media, and it hits the spot with 39 grams of protein.

Like many of my recipes, this one has endless possibilities. Switch the yoghurt and protein powder flavourings, or change the frozen fruit to put your own spin on things.
