This is my most-requested noodle dish at home (ranging from the twoyear- old to the thirty-something-year-old. No doubt the dog would chime in, too, if she were allowed noodles). If you grab a packet of broccoli on your way home, the rest of this recipe is all storecupboard ingredients, and can be on the table within minutes. It’s best served immediately, as the sauce will thicken dramatically the longer it sits around.
