Fig, Fennel and Orange Cookies
Introduction
These are rather grown-up cookies – with a flavour reminiscent of fig rolls (which I have a particular fondness for). The fennel makes a nice, unusual contrast amid the sweetness, and works so well with the orange. Almost – but not quite – one of your five-a-day
