Maris Piper or Desiree potatoes, cut into large 6cm chunks
bay leaves
leg of lamb
fennel seeds
ground ginger
ground cumin
chilli powder
ground coriander
sea salt flakes
green cardamom pods (seeds only)
olive oil
natural yogurt
water
frozen peas
For the raita:
natural yogurt
fresh mint, chopped
lime, juice only
