new potatoes (use Charlotte or good roasting variety), halved
free-range pork ribs
olive oil
Dijon mustard
Worcestershire sauce
tomato purée
smoked paprika
spring onions, thinly sliced
lime, juice and zest
sour cream or natural yogurt
chives, thinly sliced
To serve:
crisp green salad or coleslaw
