Who’s the author? British-based food entrepreneur Olivia Wollenberg, who set up her thriving company Livia's Kitchen in 2014 producing a range of crumbles free from refined sugar, gluten and dairy free. The crumbles were snapped up by Selfridge's & Co, Planet Organic, Havey Nichols and Daylesford. The positive response has seen Olivia expand the company to manufacture and sell a wide range of sweet treats and desserts with nutritional twists.

What’s it about? Livia's Kitchen is Olivia's first cookbook and it is packed with over 100 beautiful, quick, simple and fun desserts, sweets and cakes all made without any gluten, dairy or refined sugar, without compromising on taste. The book aims to share Olivia's passion for baking and her much-loved family recipes, and demonste that natural foods can create tasty, exciting and luxurious treats. Chapters include Sweet Bites, Cakes, Ice Cream and Pies and Tarts.

Recipes we love: Pecan, Orange and Chia Truffles, Cacoa and Maca Popcorn and Salted Tahini and Coconut Fudge.

Good book for: Anyone who loves to indulge in delicious and comforting sweets and desserts that aren't laden with e-numbers and sugar. Olivia puts a creative, yet accessible twist on tradtional favourites that the whole family will enjoy.

You’ll like it if: You like your treats to have an element of healthy in them. If you can't fight your sweet tooth, but are trying to cut down on sugar, or struggle with a food intolerance to find irresistable puddings and cakes, then this book is for you.
