You’ll like it if: You're into packing up picnics, making BBQ feasts, preparing wilderness eats, bonfires or camp cook outs.

"HOW TO EAT OUTSIDE is bible full of fresh air feasts, taking you through picnics & barbecues to hiking food for a mountainside, or a woodland bonfire feast and towards to the beach for camping banquet. The starting premise for the book was that food quite simply tastes better outside. To launch the book I am co-curating a food and music festival, the Humble by Nature Big Day Out at Kate Humble's working farm in Monmouthshire. Seeing for more details.

As food stylist I'm lucky enough to work with many great creative brands and companies, including Masterchef and Aardman Animations, and I love this work almost as much as writing books.
