Who’s the author? Marina Filippelli is an Italo-Brazilian food stylist, writer and editor based in London. Over the course of her career she has written cookbooks, served as food editor of Waitrose Food (formerly Waitrose Kitchen), and worked exclusively as food editor to the late Bill Granger, helping to shape his editorial projects.
