Episode 1
Jamie kicks off the series with a punchy Korean-inspired noodle traybake, 8 inventive ways to jazz up a salmon fillet, an oozy egg and cheese toastie that takes inspiration from a quesadilla, and deliciously cheesy Bolognese burger buns. And for dessert? A seriously impressive no-bake banoffee fro-yo tart.
Episode 2
In episode 2, Jamie shares a recipe for roasted vegetables with a Camembert fondue, the perfect sharing dish for a gathering, before rustling up fish balls glazed in mango chutney in 20 minutes flat. Next, Jamie sets his sights on the nation’s favourite comfort food with a deceptively simple chicken and chive pie. Easier still are Jamie’s punchy prawns, served on a fresh and zingy green salsa. The feast draws to a close with an extra chocolatey twist on an Italian classic – your new go-to dessert when you want to impress.
Episode 3
If traybakes are your favourite way to cook, you’re going to love episode 3, which sees Jamie whip up a one-tin miso salmon dish and a hearty Madras-inspired lamb number. He also makes the most of store cupboard heroes to make tin raid fishcakes, turns tortilla wraps into decadent parcels of banana, nutella and vanilla ice cream, and celebrates seasonal tomatoes with a speedy salsa spaghetti.
Episode 4
In episode 4, Jamie dishes up a speedy pasta dish using jarred peppers, turns everyone’s favourite sauce into the base for a chicken and bacon traybake, gives beans a harissa kick, and creates a striking strawberry tart using just 7 ingredients.
Episode 5
In the 5th and final episode, Jamie gives us a burger that puts the smash in smashing, a 13-minute Keralan-inspired fish soup, and an easy chicken and mushroom traybake that’s ideal for autumnal weeknights.
