Ingredients

25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth
ice cubes
prosecco
To garnish:
a chunky slice of orange

Essential kit

You will need: a rocks glass or small tumbler.

Method

Pour the Campari and sweet vermouth into the glass and fill with ice. Top with prosecco and gently stir to mix. Garnish with a chunky orange slice.
