Introduction

I’ve always been a huge fish taco fan and they go rad with this recipe. Check ‘em out here. I used to interview a lot of big metal and rock bands from the States and I always asked what they missed about America. The answer would always end up at fish tacos, and that’s the inspiration behind this salsa - it’s easy, refreshing and perfect with a taco. The fruit and fish are like brothers. If a fish taco was a pro-snowboarder, this mango salsa would be his best shred buddy.
