Fajita Spiced Mushrooms and Peppers with Stilton and Sour Cream
Introduction
I love fajitas and this version with mushrooms is a wonderful quick dinner. You’ll need to use the grill tray that comes fitted as standard in your oven to get everything cooking evenly: have the tortillas and sour cream ready on the table, so you can serve this as soon as it comes out of the oven.
