2 tbsp flax seeds
1 tbsp cocoa nibs
1 tbsp cocoa powder
3 tbsp walnuts
1 tbsp goji berries
1/2 tsp spirulina
6 dried apricots or pitted dates
600ml apple or carrot juice

Essential kit

You will need a blender.
