Buffalo Wing Sauce
This recipe for spicy, buttery Buffalo sauce from Neil Rankin is the perfect accompaniment to barbecued chicken wings.
Classic and easy. If you want it a bit more spicy, use Frank’s Xtra Hot Sauce or replace 50ml of the hot sauce with Tabasco.
|100ml||Frank’s Red Hot Original Pepper Sauce|
|100g||unsalted butter, cubed|
Warm the hot sauce in a small saucepan and then slowly stir in the butter, cube by cube, stirring well after each addition until emulsified. Serve warm and immediately.
