lemon, juice only
softened unsalted butter
soft light brown sugar
free-range eggs
self-raising flour
baking powder
ground allspice
ground cinnamon

demerara sugar (use soft light brown sugar if you don’t already have or won’t regularly use demerara)
softened unsalted butter
plain flour
oats
