SpiceBox: 100 Curry House Favourites Made Vegan

Written by

Grace Regan

Who's the author? Grace Regan is owner of popular vegan curry house, SpiceBox. Inspired by her South Indian great-aunt Dolly, her biggest food influence, Grace launched a takeaway-turned-popular-street-food-stall, selling plant-powered curries. It was such a hit, in fact, she gave up her gazebo and set up a bricks and mortar SpiceBox restaurant in East London. Grace is also a talented food writer, longlisted for the BBC Food Rising Star Award and published in The Guardian and Huffington Post.

What's it about? The perfect resource for anyone looking to pack more plants onto their plate without giving up the food they love to eat, SpiceBox is Grace's first cookbook and promises all of your curry house favourites made vegan. You can expect vibrant, colourful dinners, flavour-packed light bites and all of the most popular SpiceBox dishes, all of which can be easily cooked at home with everyday ingredients.

Recipes we love: Chana Masala, Cauli Tikka Masala, Jackfruit Jalfrezi, and Onion Bhaji and Chana Chaat.

Perfect for: Everyday cooks wanting to put more plants at the centre of their plate and anyone who loves to make their own healthier, vegan versions of their go-to curry house dishes.
