Who’s the author? Omar Allibhoy is a Madrid-born, London-based chef whose mission is to make Spanish food more accessible to the public. He trained under legendary chef Ferran Adrià at elBulli and Gordon Ramsay at Maze before launching his own chain of Spanish-inspired casual dining restaurants in 2010. He gained popularity as a successful TV chef, becoming known as the ‘Antonio Banderas of cooking’ for his charismatic personality as he shared his love for Spanish cuisine, particularly tapas. He continues to encourage everyone to try their hand at Spanish cooking in their own kitchens as the author of four popular cookbooks, Tapas Revolution, Spanish Made Simple, Paella: The Original One-Pan Dish, and Spanish Made Easy.
