Who’s the author? Itamar Srulovich and Sarit Packer are the duo behind the award-winning Honey & Co restaurants, known for their vibrant Middle Eastern-inspired cooking and warm, generous style of hospitality. Since opening their first restaurant in 2012, they’ve expanded their London food family to include cafés, delis, a grill house, and a cookery studio.

Alongside running their restaurants, Itamar and Sarit host the Honey & Co: The Food Sessions podcast and write a regular recipe column for FT Weekend. Their cookbooks have earned widespread acclaim, with Honey & Co: The Cookbook winning several major food writing awards.
