Who’s the author? Clare Marriage, founder and CEO of organic flour brand Doves Farm and its gluten-free label FREEE, began her gluten-free journey back in 1978, when she and her husband began milling flour. Her mother was advised to follow a gluten-free diet and she soon discovered how difficult it was to find suitable ingredients. Blending naturally gluten-free flours and pursuing her love of baking, Clare began to develop a range of gluten-free foods. Today, FREEE is now the UK’s top gluten-free flour brand, with products stocked in all major supermarkets.
