Pasta bakes

Ideal for feeding a hungry family, pasta bakes are a great dinner staple as they can be made and frozen well in advance, ready to pop in the oven when you’re too busy to cook from scratch. Opt for classic Italian flavours with Bolognese, a veg-packed Lasagne, or that trusty comfort-food classic, Mac and Cheese.

Pies

From flaky puff pastry to buttery shortcrust, these sweet and savoury pies are a failsafe staple to have in your freezer when you want something special and comforting.

Stews and casseroles

From creamy one-pot chicken dishes to hearty lamb stews, these warming, comforting recipes are perfect for keeping in the freezer, ready to heat through and enjoy as the weather gets colder.

Curries

Whether you’re looking for a speedy chicken curry or a rich, beautifully spiced lamb dish, these curries can be cooked, frozen and reheated with minimal fuss.

Desserts

Ideal for when you’re hosting or need to free up oven space for a Sunday roast, these make-ahead desserts can be prepared well in advance, then baked or warmed through when you’re ready to serve.

Bakes

Ideal for when you’re in the mood for baking but don’t know what to do with leftovers, these baking recipes have been earmarked by Mary as ones that freeze particularly well.
