Who’s the author? Nargisse Benkabbou is a chef, food writer and expert in Moroccan cuisine. She was previously executive chef at L’Mida, a renowned rooftop restaurant in Marrakech, and is a regular food contributor at New York Times as well as having her recipes published in The Guardian and Good Food.

Nargisse is also the author of the critically acclaimed cookbook Casablanca, and brings her deep knowledge of Moroccan cooking together with a modern, accessible approach for home cooks.
