Who’s the author? Chef, broadcaster and restaurateur Rick Stein CBE is a veritable national treasure, known for his odysseys around the world as much as his work championing of British food producers and cuisine.

Rick is the owner of four restaurants in Padstow, Cornwall along with a cookery school, food shops, and a local pub, as well as two seafood restaurants in Australia. In 2018, he was awarded a CBE for services to the economy.
