Berry Cheesecake Overnight Oats
Try these high protein berry cheesecake overnight oats for a healthy and filling breakfast to start your day off right.
Introduction
This recipe is a little bit like having dessert for breakfast. A high-protein, oaty ‘cheesecake’, natural mixture is topped with mixed berries. Overnight oats are a staple in my weekly cooking rotation as they take 10 minutes to prepare, are super delicious and are literally designed to be prepped tor the week, making them a must-try for you at home.
Ingredients
150g | rolled oats |
1 tbsp | smooth peanut butter |
1 tbsp | maple syrup |
200g | fat-free Greek yoghurt |
300ml | almond milk |
50g | vanilla protein powder |
For the topping: | |

400g | frozen mixed berries |
3 tbsp | water |
Method

First, prepare the berry topping. Put the frozen mixed berries into a saucepan with 3 tablespoons water and cook over a medium heat until the berries are completely broken down, then mash with a potato masher.
Meanwhile, mix together the rolled oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, yoghurt, milk and protein powder in a bowl until well combined.
Layer the overnight oats into containers or bowls: oat mixture first, then the berry compote. Leave the oats to soak for at least 4 hours or overnight before eating.
Store in the fridge for up to 4 days.
