Caramel Pecan Brownies
Introduction
This brownie is inspired by the American chocolates known as Turtles – a combination of caramel, pecans and chocolate. I love swirling the caramel through the chocolate mixture right at the end as a textural contrast: perfect served warm as a dessert, with ice cream alongside.
