Green Pea, Cauliflower and Onion Pulao
Introduction
This is a lovely all-in-one dish – and practically a meal in itself, although you could serve it with a raita or spiced roasted paneer with tomatoes and peppers as part of a larger dinner if you wish. I like to use red onions for the colour – the squeeze of lemon helps keep them vibrantly pink as the dish cooks.
