Jamie Oliver’s Herby Leg of Lamb and Creamy Beans
Coated in a crumb flavoured with herbs and pistachios, this open leg of lamb is a great centrepiece for an al-fresco dinner – best served with crusty bread and a fresh green salad.

Jamie Oliver’s Super Surf and Turf Mixed Grill
Wow your barbecue guests with this eye-catching platter of chicken, chorizo and seafood, finished with grilled fennel, green beans, and cherry tomatoes. Better still, you’ll have some gorgeous flavoured butter left over, which will keep in the fridge for months.

Spiced Paneer Kofte with Yogurt and Coriander
Rukmini Iyer, bestselling author of cookbooks including The Roasting Tin and The Green Barbecue, also featured on the show as one of Jamie’s guest chefs. She showed us how to make these highly moreish vegetarian kofte made from a mix of spices, potato, and grated paneer.
