Introduction
I wasn’t sure I’d be able to improve on the ever-popular three bean chilli from The Green Roasting Tin, but this version, enriched with walnuts and dark chocolate, is now my go-to recipe. You can freeze extra portions, and next-day leftovers are really excellent topped with potato waffles and grated cheese and then flashed under a hot grill.
