Superfood Fudge with Goji Berries and Cocoa Nibs

This delicious recipe makes a very tasty and healthy alternative to traditional fudge. It's also dairy-free!
|1||jar of light tahini|
|3 tbsp||coconut oil|
|1 tsp||vanilla extract|
|pinch of sea salt|
|2 tbsp||raw cacao powder|
|2 tbsp||goji berries plus 1 tbsp for topping|
|4 tbsp||raw cocao nibs - 3 into the mix and 1 for topping|

Melt the coconut oil.
Add the coconut oil to all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl – mix really well.
Pour into a container with sides so that the fudge is 1 inch high and leave to refridgerate for 4 hours.
Cut up and enjoy!
