Raspberry Kicker

by Andrew Cooper from Juiceman

This sweet and spicy juice from Juiceman will kick your morning into life alongside a balanced breakfast. You could also add a shot of rum to transform this juice into a cocktail.

From the book

Introduction

Sweet and spicy is my thing. This juice was first created at Juiceman HQ when we were sent a palette of raspberries that were about to go off. We put this juice together and it was an instant success. Organic raspberries are easy to find at the supermarket nowadays, so this can be a regular treat. The lemon and chilli prevent it from being too sweet and the result is utterly delicious.

JUICEMAN TIPS: Try freezing some raspberries to serve on top with a sprig of mint. Add a shot of rum to turn this juice into a delicious cocktail.
