Ingredients

plenty of ice
300ml Pimm’s No. 1 Cup
100ml gin
750ml lemonade
8 sprigs mint or apple mint - 4 sprigs for the jug, 4 for the glasses
8 long strips cucumber peel
8 thin slices orange - 4 for the jug, 4 for the glasses
8 thin slices lemon - 4 for the jug, 4 for the glasses

Method

Mix everything together vigorously in a large glass jug, then leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Strain the liquid into ice-filled, large glass beakers. Garnish each beaker with a mint sprig, a strip of cucumber peel and a slice of lemon and orange. Imbibe forthwith.
