Introduction
Dave’s daughter Elsie loves to make this smoothie, and any variation of it. It is loaded with omega 3s – great for brain function and energy.
Ingredients
2 tbsp | flax seeds |
1 tbsp | cocoa nibs |
1 tbsp | cocoa powder |
3 tbsp | walnuts |
1 tbsp | goji berries |
1/2 tsp | spirulina |
6 | dried apricots or pitted dates |
600ml | apple or carrot juice |
Essential kit
You will need a blender.
Method
Just put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz together till smooth. Couldn’t be easier!
